So the new King Kong ride at Universal Studios has started taking people through. It's nice that they rebuilt what was such a pillar of the Studio's attactions. Hopefully it's just as good, not that I ever went to the old ride I think the charm of the animatronics will be missed. On the note of the 3D - I'm not a fan of 3D, but if 3D cinema headed in the direction of a fully immersive experience then perhaps I could get on board? That's a rant for another day... Check out the making of videos below; I do like the idea of keeping the 'banana breath' and blowing air at the audience when a tail blows past etc.
